📋 Description

• Maintain accurate and efficient files of purchase orders, vendors, and current product offerings • Procure supplies and equipment according to company policies and procedures • Track and maintain the company’s medical device fleet • Track, control inventory, and manage infusion and/or enteral pumps using company reporting and the asset device vendor application • Ensure proper storage, shipping, and maintenance schedules • Maintain paper records related to pump tracking and disposition and store documents in the company operating system • Perform cycle counts as defined by leaders • Collaborate with pharmacy, sales, and operational colleagues to ensure safety standards • Organize returns of devices due for scheduled preventative maintenance • Communicate with patients or caregivers to coordinate equipment returns or exchanges • Participate in quality improvement activities • Coordinate with other departments on introducing new equipment • Follow proper reporting procedures for device failures • Support other operational workflows for managing infusion or enteral devices

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in an assistant management, distribution, warehouse or related work environment • 1+ years working knowledge with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of inventory ordering, receiving, storage, and organization • Basic math skills to weigh, measure, calculate dosages, and convert units of measure • Service orientation and customer service attitude • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills • Organizational and prioritization skills for a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional maturity for teamwork • Ability to make decisions and resolve issues • Ability to embrace change positively • Ability to mentor others and convey information clearly and concisely • Ability and willingness to cross-train in multiple areas, such as filling, inventory, and Rx entry • Ability to respond to inquiries from departments, locations, or internal customers • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and instructions • Basic typing skills • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
