📋 Description

• Define and communicate the broader vision and execute IT strategy in alignment with organizational standards • Serve as primary stakeholder contact for architects, application owners, and engineers • Define overall strategy, prioritization, and execution • Lead engineering and application architecture initiatives aligned with enterprise technology strategy • Create scalable technical solutions and support long-term platform evolution • Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps • Translate complex business capabilities into robust, scalable, and secure architectures • Provide technical leadership oversight and lead technical debt management • Balance modernization with delivery priorities • Leverage performance data to create feedback loops for continuous insight and improvement • Champion product management and agile mindsets • Communicate team successes and identify areas for growth • Build and lead high-performing teams solving complex, business-critical technical challenges • Act as a technical advisor to engineering and product leadership • Influence cross-team technical direction and strategy • Establish and promote engineering best practices • Mentor and coach engineers across levels

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ progressive years of experience defining and driving full-stack software engineering, architecture, and delivery for cloud-native platforms, large-scale distributed systems, and digital platforms • 5+ years of hands-on experience in senior, principal, or architect roles building cloud-native applications • Deep expertise in API-first and microservices architectures • Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, GKE, BigQuery, Spanner, Bigtable, or other PaaS • 5+ years using front-end development tools including Angular, React, React TypeScript, or React JS • 5+ years building backend functionality using Python, API Forge, REST API, or Java • 5+ years working in Scrum iterative delivery and using Agile concepts such as sprint planning and CI/CD • 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Vertex AI Studio, or Claude Code is a plus • Experience building enterprise healthcare or regulated-industry platforms • Familiarity with healthcare data, privacy, and compliance requirements • Exposure to MLOps and AI lifecycle management • Experience with identity, security, and privacy architectures • Strong foundational knowledge in AI, including OpenAI, Gemini, and Agentic AI automation • Experience in healthcare • Experience with cloud networking and firewall implementation • Experience with application and database migration and modernization to the cloud
