📋 Description

• Review and edit proposal content for compliance, consistency, strategy, and responsiveness • Support and consult proposal writers by tracking and reporting each review stage • Maintain expert understanding of Aetna Medicaid products and services • Provide internal quality peer reviews throughout the content management lifecycle • Measure and improve proposal delivery strategies using industry best practices • Collaborate with Health Plan leadership to create RFP-specific bid guides • Review competitive analysis and elevate compliant, compelling proposal narratives • Represent the quality team and communicate concerns and review findings • Engage leadership and subject matter experts during capture and strategy meetings • Support knowledge sharing and training to enhance writing quality • Develop internal processes and procedures, including scorecards, quality reports, style guides, and performance measures • Work extended hours, including nights and weekends, during proposal review stages

🎯 Requirements

• Two (2) plus years of experience in a quality reviewer/editor capacity • Five (5) plus years of proposal writing experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of Associated Press and internal style guides • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint • Proficiency in AI technology/tools, including Asana, Domo, and proposal management software • Superior organizational, project management, analytical, and innovative problem-solving skills • Strong relationship building skills • Knowledge of APMP and Shipley best practices • Ability to travel up to 15-30% • Six Sigma certification and APMP Bid/Proposal Foundation Certification are recommended • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
