📋 Description

• Conduct outbound provider office outreach to validate directory demographic information, provider participation, and accessibility data • Document outreach findings accurately in QuickBase, Salesforce, and other designated systems • Support Medicaid and Dual provider directory monitoring and validation activities • Collect and analyze validation results to measure directory data quality and identify trends and root causes of inaccuracies • Share outreach results with Provider Data Services, Compliance, and Medicaid business partners for analysis and follow-up • Participate in special projects and ad hoc outreach initiatives related to provider data quality, directory validation, regulatory requirements, and special business initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in healthcare administration • Strong oral communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience working with provider demographic data preferred • Previous experience working within QuickBase preferred • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred • Ability to conduct high-volume provider outreach while maintaining productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
