📋 Description

• Accurately read, interpret and enter prescriptions into the computer system • Calculate doses and assignments of directions • Accept proper insurance payment in a timely fashion • Route incomplete or unclear prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification • Collaborate with a diverse team • Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months of work experience as a pharmacy technician • Must reside in Arizona • Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification as required by Arizona state law • Sound knowledge of medical terminology, drug names, standard dosages, dosage forms and delivery systems • Ability to accurately read, interpret and enter prescriptions • Able to collaborate with others to understand a prescription
