📋 Description

• Recruit quality dental networks of dentists for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients and members • Provide access and affordability for Aetna Dental members • Foster growth of managed care contracted networks • Enhance the profitability of Aetna • Work in a remote, mobile environment • Travel for recruiting projects as needed, up to 20%

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong negotiation expertise • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel • Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities • Ability to travel up to 20% for recruiting projects • High School diploma required • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience • Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes and general dental terminology preferred • Recruiting and/or sales experience including goal-oriented work • Project management experience • 5-8 years of relevant work experience preferred • Adept at critical and independent thinking • Time management and organization skills • Ability to analyze situations, determine points of relevance, and determine the proper course of action
