📋 Description

• Develop AI-powered tools and analytics for Call Centers • Implement systems using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software to analyze large volumes of data and solve complex business problems • Support deployment of data science initiatives using data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning • Extract data from multiple sources and deliver predictive models • Design complex data solutions meeting client requirements and organizational quality standards • Apply data science and machine learning to improve patient care, optimize healthcare operations, and support evidence-based decision-making • Develop analytical frameworks, key metrics, and performance dashboards for healthcare quality, efficiency, and performance • Communicate with executives, clinicians, IT professionals, business analysts, and other stakeholders • Coordinate presentations and consultative services explaining analytics results and solutions • Stay current on data analysis techniques, visualization tools, software, and object-oriented programming languages • Educate team members on data science best practices and support adherence to data governance policies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of prior relevant work experience • Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience with data mining and data modeling • Knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning • Proficiency with data-oriented and object-oriented programming languages • Experience with data visualization software and tools • Ability to develop predictive models, analytical frameworks, metrics, and dashboards • Bachelor’s degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
