📋 Description

• Research, analyze, and correct previously submitted, rejected Medicaid encounters generated by Pharmacy • Examine setups and configurations • Compare text files and contents to identify data integrity trends or issues • Develop innovative solutions based on research and analysis • Serve a select group of clients • Maintain and, when needed, develop relationships with key client-side parties • Produce recurring metric reports, primarily using SAS and a proprietary version of AS400 • Participate in recurring client meetings • Clearly communicate technical information to non-technical audiences verbally and in writing • Lead conference calls when needed • Work as part of a multifunctional team and make independent decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional work experience with data analysis • 2+ years of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting • High school diploma/GED required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Previous Medicaid Encounter and/or PBM experience advantageous • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Great communication skills • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical people • Experience with SAS or a proprietary version of AS400 advantageous • Ability to think critically and multitask
