📋 Description

• Transform complex healthcare data into accurate reporting, meaningful insights, and actionable business recommendations • Lead the development of performance dashboards, scorecards, analytical models, and reporting solutions • Support quality, provider, operational, vendor, and financial performance • Serve as a technical business partner to health plan leaders • Identify trends and evaluate root causes • Measure outcomes and explain performance results clearly • Independently lead work from requirements gathering through development, validation, and implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, performance management, data reporting, or a related field • Experience working within managed care, healthcare consulting, or another complex and regulated environment • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a business intelligence platform such as Power BI or Tableau • Working proficiency in SQL, including the ability to query, join, validate, and summarize data from multiple sources • Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, scorecards, analytical models, and performance reports • Experience gathering and documenting data, business, functional, and reporting requirements • Strong understanding of data validation, quality assurance, reconciliation, and reporting controls • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to technical and nontechnical audiences • Strong problem-solving, written communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex analytical work and competing priorities • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, information systems, finance, economics, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field • Equivalent professional experience may be considered
