📋 Description

• Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the quality of storeroom services delivered to Motion customers • Allocate resources based on project demand and proactively identify process improvements • Oversee storeroom assessments • Develop and maintain training and documentation • Manage post-implementation evaluation and continuous improvement • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Manage relationships with senior client contacts and Motion leadership for large redesign projects • Develop additional storeroom services to increase revenue • Define and implement standard implementation processes, tools, and systems • Create and maintain a highly skilled team • Profitably manage projects • Collaborate with the management team to define and execute strategies • Perform other duties as assigned • Supervise 5–10 direct reports • Manage budget responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and ten (10) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination • Superior knowledge of eCOS, EDI, Punch Out, Ariba, CribMaster, Arcturus, RFID technology, and storeroom design and set-up • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across multiple locations on complex projects • Business experience, including experience managing teams and customer relationships • Consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process reengineering, or a related discipline • Project Management skills • Previous implementation and project management experience required • Storeroom design and operations knowledge • Technology experience preferred • Solid PC skills including the full MS Office Suite • Travel required • PMP certification or working towards certification preferred
