📋 Description

• Leads, partners, and collaborates with cross-functional teams • Develops, tests, and implements innovative solutions and programs • Manages assigned projects through all stages • Supports the evaluation of new areas of innovation and clinical operations/offerings benchmarking • Fosters a culture that accelerates strategy through Heart At Work Behaviors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years program management experience leading complex initiatives within the healthcare industry • 5+ years successful experience in strategy, innovation and/or business process redesign within the healthcare industry (or equivalent) • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • Strong data and analytics skills • Proven ability to create value and exceed performance targets • Demonstrated relationship management skills • Experience identifying value opportunities and creating new capabilities
