📋 Description

• Manage and successfully drive complex, strategic initiatives within the clinical innovation portfolio • Develop, test, and implement innovative solutions and programs with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders • Define, rationalize, and align priorities with clearly defined business rationale • Drive and manage projects through ideation/concept, solution development, and pilot stages toward scale readiness, value realization, and monitoring • Manage risk and develop interventions • Facilitate working sessions • Deliver required analysis, reporting, and presentation materials • Evaluate new areas of innovation and benchmark clinical operations and offerings within the healthcare industry • Develop healthcare trends into innovative solutions that solve key business problems and deliver breakthrough value • Foster a culture that accelerates strategy through Heart At Work Behaviors, keeping customers and colleagues central

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years program management experience leading complex initiatives within the healthcare industry, preferably within the payer space • 5+ years successful experience in strategy, innovation and/or business process redesign within the healthcare industry (or equivalent) • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • Proven ability to communicate key messages and deliver presentations across all organizational levels, including executive leaders • Strong data and analytics skills • Proven ability to create value and meet or exceed committed performance targets and goals • Proven ability to drive innovation in highly cross-functional environments and achieve strategic objectives • Demonstrated relationship management skills • Ability to build and maintain credible relationships and influence upward • Experience identifying value opportunities and creating new capabilities and/or project offerings that result in incremental value • Experience managing enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of complexity • Experience with innovation, analytics, business process optimization, enterprise business portfolio management/consulting, financial analysis, strategic planning, risk management, product strategy, and regulatory policy • Broad understanding of the healthcare landscape • Bachelor's degree required • Appropriate licensure or certification by discipline preferred • Master's degree preferred, but not required
