📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, quantitative discipline, or related field required. • 5+ years of healthcare experience, with exposure to pharmacy benefits, payers, consultants, providers, sales, product, or strategy preferred. • Possesses knowledge of the PBM and broader healthcare ecosystem. • Has natural curiosity about competitor strategies, market dynamics, regulatory change, and emerging trends. • Can connect disparate pieces of information and identify meaningful patterns, implications, and opportunities. • Is equally comfortable speaking with frontline sales teams, senior executives, and cross-functional business leaders. • Analytical and digital fluency, including the ability to use Microsoft 365, AI tools, Salesforce, visualization, pptx and market data platforms to accelerate insight development. • Demonstrates exceptional relationship-building and influence skills across organizational boundaries. • Has strong executive presence and can distill complex topics into clear, concise, business-relevant insights. • Enjoys becoming the "go-to" resource for market intelligence and strategic perspective. • Skilled at rapidly translating information into multiple formats (primarily PowerPoint) that meet the needs of different audiences—from detailed analyses and battlecards to executive summaries, presentations, and visual storytelling.
