📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, governance, and long-term evolution of the Origin enterprise intake and demand management platform • Establish product objectives, KPIs, success metrics, and value realization measures • Lead completion of Origin development, deployment, adoption, governance, and ongoing evolution • Serve as Product Owner for Origin development and enhancement activities • Own solution design and delivery using Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related technologies • Identify and implement tools, integrations, AI capabilities, and automation solutions • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Power Platform Center of Excellence, vendors, and delivery teams to design, build, test, and deploy solutions • Ensure platform scalability, usability, data integrity, security, and operational readiness • Drive AI-enabled capabilities including intelligent intake assistance, automated routing, duplicate demand detection, sizing and estimation support, workflow automation, and executive reporting • Own the end-to-end Contact Center and Telephony demand intake process • Establish governance standards, policies, workflows, and prioritization frameworks • Facilitate demand review and prioritization sessions; oversee routing, resource assignment, escalations, and tracking • Drive enterprise rollout, communications, training, onboarding, adoption, and change management for Origin • Create user guides, job aids, knowledge articles, process documentation, FAQs, and training materials • Lead roadshows, demonstrations, workshops, launch activities, and enablement sessions • Monitor platform utilization, process compliance, adoption KPIs, and user feedback • Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews • Serve as the escalation point for intake, prioritization, and operational process issues • Develop executive dashboards and operational reporting using Power BI • Report on intake volume, backlog health, throughput, estimate cycle times, resource utilization, adoption, duplicate request reduction, and platform performance • Communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership • Ensure measurable business outcomes and return on investment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, or Digital Product experience • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse • 5+ years leading large-scale cross-functional technology initiatives • Experience leading enterprise-scale digital products from concept through operational adoption • Experience managing intake, demand management, portfolio governance, or workflow management processes • Experience with Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies • Experience developing executive business cases, roadmaps, dashboards, and KPI reporting • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflow and automation solutions • Experience building operational intake or demand management platforms • Experience with Contact Center technologies such as Five9, Verint, Aspect, Salesforce, or related platforms • Experience leading enterprise technology rollouts and change management initiatives • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
