📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions • Manage a team of financial analysts • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes • Provide guidance on financial strategy • Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives • Ensure accurate financial reporting • Drive process improvements • Contribute to strategic planning and risk assessment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years work experience in FP&A or merchandising • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC) preferred • Bachelor degree OR equivalent experience
