📋 Description

• Partner with Product Owners and Product leadership from ideation through product maturation and IT evaluation • Collaborate with IT and business areas to develop IT solutions, strategy, MVPs, guidance, and cost estimates • Coordinate release planning, oversee delivery milestones, resolve issues, and remove execution barriers • Evaluate in-flight work, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action to mitigate scope and budget risks • Align projects and enhancements with Commercial Product delivery objectives • Identify project interdependencies and promote benefits realization across the portfolio • Identify cost savings and reduce overall project expenses • Ensure delivery milestones and project activities are completed on time • Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, Underwriters, Compliance, business areas, Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams • Provide insights into current technical capabilities • Manage multiple concurrent, time-bound implementations • Collaborate with cross-functional domain and technical teams • Keep current with technology advances and apply innovations across lines of business • Translate project and business objectives into application-specific needs with business domains and vendors • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, system designs, workflows, and end-to-end traceability • Explore tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions and drive engineering innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with large customer implementations, stakeholder collaboration, product concept maturation, technical guidance, roadmaps, design, and implementation • 8+ years of experience collaborating with external vendors supporting programs for Commercial Plan Sponsors • 5+ years of experience working with Engineering and cross-functional teams to solve complex business or technical problems • 5+ years of experience with agile methodologies • 5+ years of experience managing Payor needs and support • 4+ years of experience independently managing deliverables • 3+ years of experience in effort estimation • Comfortable independently leading and completing tasks • Experience dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders • Effective written and verbal communication skills within and across teams • Experience with complex systems and challenging analytical problems • Experience delivering new Commercial Medical Product Concepts within tight budgets and challenging timelines • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Health Care Business Management, or a related field
