📋 Description

• Partner with multiple Product Owners and Product leadership team from ideation to mature the product concepts • Work with multiple IT and business areas to develop IT solution, strategy, MVP and provide IT guidance • Coordinate release planning, oversee delivery milestones, resolve issues, and remove barriers hindering project execution • Ensure projects align with the Commercial Product delivery objectives by understanding business drivers and issues • Identify and leverage project interdependencies to ensure synergy between projects • Proactively identify additional cost-savings to reduce overall project expenses • Ensure delivery milestones are met and project activities are completed on time • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Sales teams, Underwriters, Compliance, and Technology Teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with large customer implementation collaborating with various stakeholders • 8+ years of experience in collaborating with external Vendors for Commercial Plan Sponsors • 5+ years of experience in working with Engineering and Cross functional team to solve complex business and/or technical problems • 5+ years of agile methodologies experience • 5+ years of experience with managing Payors needs and support • 4+ years of experience independently managing deliverables • 3+ years of experience in effort estimation • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Health Care Business Management, or related field of studies
