📋 Description

• Lead the Operations Readiness function within the MWB Business Operations Team • Ensure operational changes are designed, prepared, and embedded into day-to-day execution • Own the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for operational initiatives and changes • Oversee an extended process development and readiness team, including direct and dotted-line contributors • Identify, develop, and deploy operational talent through stretch assignments and intermittent support models • Partner with Operations Innovation and Technology, operational leaders, Change Management, and Training teams • Advise leaders on operational impacts, dependencies, and readiness risks • Design, govern, and improve intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes for operational initiatives and change requests • Assess operational value, feasibility, dependencies, and enterprise-roadmap alignment • Define change impact, scope, and prioritization across affected teams and processes • Gather, document, and validate end-to-end operational process requirements • Make workflow, policy, role, and process design decisions • Define operational performance measures, KPIs, and readiness success criteria • Support testing, operational validation, and readiness sign-off activities • Drive issue resolution, stabilization, and continuous optimization after implementation • Lead Change Management for all MWB teams using a scalable operational change framework • Partner with Training teams on role clarity, skill readiness, and enablement before and after go-live • Drive standardization, clarity, simplification, and continuous improvement across MWB processes • Identify systemic pain points and readiness gaps and implement durable process improvements • Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations readiness, process management, business operations, or organizational transformation • Experience leading cross-functional operational change and readiness initiatives • Strong expertise in operational process design, change impact assessment, and readiness execution • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills • Experience with structured change or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or scrum preferred • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment and influence outcomes across organizational boundaries • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
