📋 Description

• Drive the tools, processes, and operational practices for Proposal Development organization • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to improve workflows • Enhance technology adoption and deliver training programs • Provide operational insights that support successful proposal execution • Shape a culture of continuous improvement and ensure teams have the necessary platforms and resources

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in proposal operations, business operations, program management, project management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs • Experience administering and supporting collaboration and workflow platforms, including SharePoint Online and project management tools such as Asana • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
