📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the Customer Organization from planning through execution. • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope. • Build and maintain project plans, governance routines, and stakeholder communications. • Track and communicate decisions, progress, risks, issues, and project updates with stakeholders and leadership teams. • Identify opportunities to improve planning, execution, and operational processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • at least 5 years of project management, business operations, consulting, or related experience • entrepreneurial mindset with experience operating in a fast-paced environment • ability to work independently • experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed environment • passion for driving results • previous exposure to agile work methodologies • experience with project management tools such as Airtable preferred
