📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations supporting sales insights and business decision-making • Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources • Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality • Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions • Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment • Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions • Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness • Help maintain the reliability, scalability, and integrity of the DataMart and related analytics assets • Identify opportunities to improve report design, user experience, and analytics effectiveness • Follow governance, documentation, and development standards • Help expand the organization’s use of analytics and AI in support of business transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence • Ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPIs, improve forecasting, and turn analytics into actionable sales strategies • Strong technical and analytical capability in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and data visualization platforms • 1–2 years within a Sales or Sales Enablement organization preferred • Strong understanding of the Aetna Healthcare Business preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification • Position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and commute to a hub location
