📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives and projects to achieve business objectives by defining project scopes, developing hypotheses, conducting analysis, and surfacing insights and recommendations • Lead projects end to end with considerable autonomy, making tradeoffs as priorities evolve • Evaluate market segments, product offerings, and business models to identify new business opportunities and growth avenues for Health100 • Compose concise written analyses and select appropriate formats, such as slides, memos, or meetings, to deliver insights and request support or feedback • Communicate and present strategies, business cases, and progress updates to senior executives and stakeholders • Navigate complex organizational and interpersonal dynamics to deliver high-quality work to appropriate stakeholders and decision-makers • Facilitate successful, decision-oriented conversations and adapt the approach to maximize meeting effectiveness • Apply AI technology to accelerate analytical work and materials creation, verifying AI-generated content for relevance and accuracy • Attend industry events and participate in professional networks to stay current on industry developments and market shifts • Support the Health100 Growth & Profitability team in achieving near-term business objectives and long-term strategic goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 7+ years of work experience in highly regulated or diversified healthcare organizations or in combination with serving healthcare organizations in a strategic or advisory role • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling to synthesize and analyze large datasets • Problem solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Executive engagement skills • 2+ years of experience managing individual contributors in project-based roles preferred • Master’s degree in a related field preferred
