📋 Description

• Lead the Change Management strategy and delivery of the training strategy for the next-generation Warehouse Management System implementation • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy • Facilitate execution of the training strategy in partnership with the Learning and Development team • Lead a team preparing distribution center colleagues to adopt the new WMS • Ensure distribution centers are ready, capable, and confident throughout the transition • Partner with senior leaders, distribution center leadership and colleagues, the WMS project implementation team, L&D, Enterprise Change Enablement, and Supply Chain stakeholders • Drive change adoption, engagement, and long-term retention across site conversions and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to select CVS Distribution Centers nationwide • 5+ years of proven leadership with Change Management experience • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, transformational environment • Demonstrated success building alignment and influencing diverse stakeholder groups at all organizational levels • Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective presentation and project leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with ability to work independently and take initiative • Highly organized and adaptable, with ability to balance competing priorities • Passion for developing trusted partnerships and fostering a people-first culture • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience • Prosci Change Management Certification or relevant advanced degree preferred • Master’s degree preferred
