📋 Description

• Define the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for the Clinical Insights Engine's integration with CVS Health businesses • Synthesize clinical and business objectives with platform capabilities to define product direction • Partner with Platform PMs to co-develop and integrate business objectives into the Clinical Insights Engine strategy • Partner with customer business and technology teams to monitor implementation and adoption • Ensure delivered solutions drive intended clinical and financial outcomes and iterate based on feedback • Serve as the primary liaison between clinical leadership, business owners, and the Clinical Insights Engine platform • Develop data-driven business cases for new features or model enhancements • Communicate progress, blockers, and value realization to senior leadership • Define and monitor KPIs, including provider acceptance rates, diagnostic accuracy, quality gap closure, and intervention timeliness • Identify and act on product improvement opportunities through quantitative analysis and user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of applicable experience • Previous experience within product management • Experience driving strategic decisions, taking ownership, and coordinating resources for successful project outcomes • Experience working with senior-level stakeholders and translating complex technical topics for varied audiences • Data-driven approach to measuring product impact and working with analytics teams • Experience thoughtfully integrating AI into products • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification • Preferred: Experience in healthcare and/or digital health solutions • Preferred: Experience working on healthcare products • Preferred: 7+ years of experience within a product-related role • Preferred: Experience with data analytics and core healthcare metrics, such as STARS/Quality Measures
