📋 Description

• Act as the top product owner for business solutions and understand the product, business, and competitive landscape • Manage the entire product life cycle from idea development through prototyping and testing • Create features and stories based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and Customer Experience needs • Develop strategies to market and promote new products to consumers and clients • Develop testing procedures for onsite, monthly, and quarterly assessments with detailed documentation review • Coordinate with business teams and key partners to create product vision, identify business value, define use cases and capabilities, and translate them into product requirements • Collaborate with engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams in an agile development process • Approve budget resource levels, product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps • Recruit, hire, and develop product management teams and talent • Contribute to product strategy and lead development and enhancement of digital products or services • Conduct market research, design user experiences, and oversee the product development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of work experience • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Business intelligence skills • Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
