📋 Description

• Support Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality initiatives and regulatory and contractual requirements • Work to enhance data interoperability • Support medical record capture for HEDIS medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data • Assist with NCQA Health Plan and Health Equity Accreditation continuous readiness efforts across the plan • Analyze and interpret complex quality-associated data related to healthcare quality measures, patient outcomes, and performance indicators • Develop complex quality assurance programs ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior relevant work experience in NCQA Accreditation, HEDIS, and CAHPS in the payor or provider space • Experience with SQL • 2-4 years of strong analytical and data interpretation skills, especially related to healthcare quality measures and patient outcomes • Ability to work with complex data and develop quality improvement initiatives • Experience with HEDIS, NCQA, and CAHPS required • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Time management skills • Bachelor's degree preferred
