📋 Description

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems while considering equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results • Design, code, test, debug, and document procedures • Independently design and/or code cost-effective application and program solutions • Lead or contribute technically to designing new applications and enhancements, including integration of purchased solutions • Perform system maintenance, research, problem resolution, and on-call support • Support and lead development of API services using onshore and offshore teams • Serve as team leader directing technical activities • Support small and large highly complex projects across multiple technical environments and disciplines • Provide guidance and training to less-experienced programmer/analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of strong experience in Java technologies (Spring Framework) • 5+ years of strong experience in design and development of RESTful APIs and Web Services • 5+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere Message Queue • 3+ years of experience with databases, preferably IBM DB2 • Strong experience integrating with databases using ESQL, Database Nodes, and calling Stored Procedures • Experience testing interfaces using RFHUTIL, Postman, SOAPUI, and other testing tools (preferred) • Experience with JSON, XML, EDI/X12, and Fixed Length data formats (preferred) • Experience in full CI/CD processes using GitHub, Jenkins, and Octopus (preferred) • Experience with SAFE/Agile Methodology/Framework (preferred) • Experience in cloud technologies (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience • High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience as an educational alternative • Ability to work 40 hours per week
