📋 Description

• Support the Rebates Application • Handle incidents, problems, and change management • Monitor and optimize job streams for performance • Track and manage incidents using Service Now • Support overnight job failures, including after-hours responses • Rotate on-call duty every three weeks • Assist with system performance, data updates, and application failures • Collaborate with support staff and developers • Develop and execute unit and integration test plans • Review documentation, understand project deliverables, and design test coverage plans • Apply advanced mathematics, algorithms, and IT concepts • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Partner with application owners and business partners on technical solutions • Deliver applications end to end • Review complex code from other developers • Mentor junior team members • Solve complex technical problems independently • Drive application stability, scalability, and technical improvements
