📋 Description

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with members and providers • Help members obtain healthcare visits, screenings, vaccinations, and medication refills • Identify and address barriers to members’ good health • Deliver professional, empathetic member interactions • Educate members to support informed health decisions • Accurately document conversations in members’ health records • Answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate matters when needed • Meet business metrics and goals while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience with call center or outreach involving members/consumers • 3+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting • Professional communication skills • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills • High computer literacy, including ability to troubleshoot issues • Proficiency with Windows, web-based applications, and digital communication tools • Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace • Hard-wired connectivity to computer required; DSL, satellite, and wireless broadband are not permitted • High school diploma or GED required • Ability to work within the state and city where currently living • Ability to use multiple monitors and navigate multiple applications • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 or similar Google Workspace applications • Ability to access secure systems such as VPN and EHR portals • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues • Preferred: bilingual or multilingual • Preferred: experience with HEDIS screening measures • Preferred: experience with behavior change • Preferred: medical certification such as certified nursing assistant or medical assistant
