📋 Description

• Act as an extended resource for patients • Secure clear outcomes on affordability applications and claims status • Make outbound calls to programs and payers to obtain claims and application status • Engage in inbound calls and facilitate them to appropriate team members • Manage and facilitate fax processing across clients • Perform data entry across EMR systems and internal CRMs • Review application approvals and denials • Maintain accurate, efficient, and quality-driven documentation throughout the process

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment • Experience working within an EMR/EHR system is a plus • 2+ years in a heavy outbound call environment • Customer service experience and etiquette • Experience working in a remote environment • Successful background and reference check required for finalist candidates • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require future employment sponsorship in the United States
