📋 Description

• Shape and drive the product portfolio strategy for CVS Health’s Infrastructure, Security and Technology Solutions organization • Develop and maintain portfolio artifacts, including duplication analyses, capability maps, and intake flow views • Aggregate intelligence from adjacent functions into cross-VP portfolio views • Engage engineering communities through surveys, workflow observations, and feedback sessions • Operationalize shared product vocabulary and operating model standards across product management teams • Surface divergences in terms, definitions, and frameworks and build shared reference materials • Use data and feedback loops to align strategy and execution with actual work • Contribute product perspectives to platform architecture, toolchain evolution, and build system design discussions • Champion adoption of portfolio practices and capabilities across executive leadership • Ensure portfolio artifacts are consumable through existing engineering channels, including AI-enabled interfaces • Drive end-to-end resolution of cross-tower challenges from ambiguity through documentation, decisions, and adoption • Build connections across engineering, operations, and process engineering without creating parallel structures

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical product management, product operations, or technical program work with engineering teams as primary collaborators • 3+ years of experience in large enterprise technology organizations (5,000+ engineering headcount preferred) • 1+ year of experience influencing VP-level and engineering stakeholders without direct authority • 1+ year of experience mapping and improving complex operational systems across multiple teams • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience • Background in infrastructure, platform engineering, developer experience, or security domains preferred • Prior experience in portfolio rationalization, capability mapping, process design, and project-to-product change management preferred • Familiarity with Lean, APQC, or product operations frameworks preferred • Track record of building feedback loops and producing artifacts under ambiguity preferred • Experience using AI in product operations, including LLM-assisted workflows, agents, or skills, preferred • Advanced oral and written communication skills preferred
