📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and modernization of enterprise-scale healthcare platforms • Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards • Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers • Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines • Communicate and coordinate with team members to align on decisions and provide technical insights • Help adopt best practices, new technologies, and tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and code quality • Participate in knowledge sharing through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops • Implement complex features and enhance existing functionality with other developers • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers • Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams to build secure, highly available, scalable, and resilient healthcare applications

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed environment • 7+ years of hands-on Java application development experience, including modern Java ecosystem frameworks • 5+ years of Java and Springboot development experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies • 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs • 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation experience • 3+ years working in an Agile-based development environment • Agentic AI / Generative AI experience preferred • Health and wellness domain experience preferred • Full-stack development experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle, and modern NoSQL databases preferred • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and techniques, including NLP, text generation and summarization, conversational AI, and chatbots preferred • Experience with NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript preferred • Experience developing and managing Apollo GraphQL APIs, Federation, and API Gateway patterns preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) • Ability to work in one of the listed U.S. states or Washington, D.C.
