📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of Finance across CVS Health through common systems, enterprise forecasting and planning processes, and governed financial data • Own the Finance business capability roadmap and co-own the integrated delivery plan with DDAT • Maintain the Finance optimization roadmap, including timelines, change management, business cases, ROI tracking, budget, and forecasted spend • Support delivery of SAP ERP and Ledger and Anaplan planning platforms through implementation, adoption, and legacy-system retirement • Develop communication and change management plans to drive colleague adoption • Own the financial data domain, including structure, ownership, access, quality, chart of accounts, and master data stewardship • Define standardized enterprise forecasting and planning processes for Business Unit Finance teams • Ensure timely delivery of information to stakeholders for enterprise decision-making • Serve as the senior Finance Optimization representative to the Executive Leadership Team, Business Unit CFOs, and Finance organization • Partner with Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A leadership on enterprise standards • Act as Finance's counterpart to Enterprise Technology and share ownership of delivery • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Finance Optimization transformation team • Evolve team capabilities and structure, including Change Management and Communications

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience • Significant accountability for large-scale transformational bodies of work • Deep working knowledge of planning, forecasting, close, and reporting processes • Knowledge of the data architecture underpinning Finance processes • Proven ability to influence and align senior executives and Business Unit CFOs without direct authority • Experience supporting CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board-level decision making • Strong understanding of Finance systems and technologies • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (required) • Healthcare or other multi-segment regulated industry experience (preferred) • MBA and/or CPA (preferred)
