📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory-specific business growth strategies • Generate new business opportunities across assigned industries • Build relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, startups, and strategic partners • Drive sales for CX25WW's products and services • Lead negotiations and close business opportunities • Build and mentor local business development teams as the territory expands • Represent CX25WW at networking events, conferences, and business forums • Achieve agreed revenue and growth targets • Identify new market opportunities and recommend expansion strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Consulting, or Client Acquisition • Strong local business network within your territory • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build businesses from the ground up • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently and drive measurable outcomes • Experience in Recruitment, HR, Staffing, AI Solutions, EdTech, Consulting, or B2B Services will be an advantage
