📋 Description

• Own the CRO roadmap for cyera.com, including personalization, trust and proof signals, and continuous testing • Own visitor identification and retargeting strategy in partnership with the media agency • Stay ahead of cookie-deprecation and consent requirements • Own website chat performance as a conversion and qualification channel • Serve as the source of truth for web KPIs and report on performance • Partner with web development, SEO/AEO, paid media, and brand/design teams on the website roadmap • Ensure the website presents Cyera as an integrated AI Trust platform • Audit the current site experience, establish a CRO roadmap, and measure traffic identification and retargeting • Drive website conversion, visitor-to-pipeline coordination, and measurable pipeline contribution

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading web strategy, growth, and CRO for an enterprise B2B company, ideally in cybersecurity or another technical, sales-assisted category • Deep, hands-on CRO expertise, including testing programs, personalization, and funnel diagnosis, with attributable results • Experience building or running visitor identification and retargeting, including first-party data and consent-based approaches • Working fluency in SEO and AEO/GEO fundamentals • Experience directing specialized agencies • Experience managing or partnering closely with a web developer or technical resource • Metrics-first operating style and ability to defend a roadmap with data • Experience partnering with demand generation, paid media, and brand teams toward shared pipeline goals
