📋 Description

• Design, prototype, implement, test, and troubleshoot programs independently • Collaborate with users to interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications • Apply SDLC methodologies • Conduct QA and integration testing • Manage assigned tasks and provide regular updates • Perform work using relational databases and programming languages • Strengthen understanding of functional areas and business processes • Resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision • Contribute to cross-functional projects • Participate in team projects supporting business needs • Work directly with management to address issues • Report to the Manager, Systems / Director, IT

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience • BA/BS Degree in MIS/Computer Science (may consider equivalent experience with certifications) • Solid Functional/ERP Applications experience • Intermediate SQL skills • Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript • Familiarity with HTML, web, and cloud applications • Experience with change management tools and systems • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications • Strong analytical and communication skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Sound judgment and professional integrity • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation • May be required to work outside standard office hours and participate in an on-call schedule • Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
