📋 Description

• Lead the Data Centers vertical market as part of the National Accounts team • Set the vertical market strategy and business plans to deliver incremental growth and profitable business results • Assess and communicate market intelligence, including market characteristics, segmentation, technical trends, growth potential, solution needs and competitive positioning • Develop and drive the Data Center vertical-market business strategy and provide updates to executive and regional leadership • Lead short-term and long-term planning according to the Daikin business model • Drive process improvement for the customer experience and ensure consistent support across locations • Scale complex solutions with field, manufacturing and representative leadership • Lead implementation of vertical-market strategy with supply chain, manufacturing, service operations and product development • Monitor competitor product and marketing activities and incorporate findings into communications and business development • Collaborate with marketing on materials, trade shows, association meetings, speaker events and publishing opportunities • Lead a team of Data Center experts, drive pipeline growth and qualify potential national accounts • Evaluate sales plans, hire and train staff, and support performance management and career development through regular coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years in sales or business development • 6+ years of people leadership experience • History of leading high-performing sales teams through rapid growth in the data center sector • Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators and hyperscalers • Preferred: people leadership experience supporting National Accounts • Ability to travel 50% of the time as needed • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
