📋 Description

• Shadow domain experts across departments to uncover workflows, pain points, and bottlenecks • Design and ship automation, MVPs, custom scripts, and API integrations • Mature solutions into managed, durable agents • Define metrics with stakeholders, track adoption and ROI, and prioritize projects based on feasibility, risk, and business value • Design, build, evaluate, and operate AI workflows • Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, and feedback loops • Advise non-technical teams on evaluating, configuring, and using AI features in their SaaS stack • Mentor peers in AI development and create reusable documentation and training • Demonstrate emerging AI capabilities across the company • Steer hosted harness and local harness development using problems, prototypes, and workflows developed with departments • Benchmark model performance and optimize prompt/token usage • Manage API latency and monitor operational costs • Ensure department-level AI work follows company policies on data privacy, security, and ethical use

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in Go or JavaScript, ideally both • Standard engineering practices, including version control and testing • Hands-on experience building or contributing to applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) or managing complex workflows using AI tools • Deep understanding of AI-powered projects, including agent design, skills, context, and memory • Experience working with APIs and MCPs of company platforms such as Jira, GitHub, or Salesforce • Ability to translate complex machine learning and engineering concepts into plain, business-friendly language • Track record of analyzing business operations and formulating technical requirements from vague problems • Ability to prioritize solutions based on ROI • High emotional intelligence and comfort working autonomously inside non-technical departments • Demonstrated ability to build trust as a collaborative peer
