📋 Description

• Develop assessment and service solutions for CDW customers, including architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services • Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to provide consultative guidance, plan sales strategy, and author statements of work (SOWs) • Build configurations and bills of materials for servers, storage, backup, virtualization, cloud, AI, and adjacent technologies • Analyze technical and competitive considerations, uncover customer goals and requirements, and craft solutions aligned with desired outcomes • Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal sales, delivery management, and key strategic partners • Grow influence in the assigned territory through engagement with vendors, partners, customers, and sales • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple product and solution families • Contribute to CDW marketing-approved online activities, including LinkedIn, blog posts, and online magazines • Drive outreach initiatives, technical enablement projects, coaching, and mentoring for solution architects, solution executives, and field sellers • Mentor and coach solution architects on best practices for engaging coworkers and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, and 7 years in a technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role OR 11 years in a technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role • Significant Federal or State and Local background in support of those customers • Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed • Industry knowledge and domain expertise, including understanding industry-specific challenges, regulations, best practices, architectures, products, technologies, and solutions • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional sales and delivery teams, lead technical discussions, influence decision-making, and mentor junior team members • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to gather requirements and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely • Solution design, problem-solving, consensus-building, and ability to translate technical concepts for customers • At least 5 partner technical certifications • Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance
