📋 Description

• Collaborate with partners to design comprehensive solutions based on HAI Robotics' product offerings • Provide guidance on system architecture, layout, and equipment selection • Assist partners in collecting and analyzing warehouse operations data • Use data insights to tailor automation solutions and drive continuous design optimization • Apply technical expertise in warehouse automation and logistics to identify and assess potential risks • Coordinate communication and collaboration between HAI Robotics and partner teams • Collaborate on project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Provide training to partners on HAI Robotics products, systems, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or above in Business Information System, Engineering, Software and/or relevant fields • 5+ years of extensive experience in the Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry • Proven track record of fast-paced consultive thinking, identifying critical issues and crafting practical solutions • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and superior presentation abilities, with the capacity to communicate with stakeholders at all levels • AutoCAD 2D layout proficiency • Excellent written and spoken English • Confidence in presenting solutions internally and to partners and potential customers • Online collaboration tool proficiency • Experience with MS Office suite • Travel flexibility as some travelling may be required
