📋 Description

• Manage and deploy multiple campaigns weekly across various user segments • Manage and implement growth campaigns and A/B tests across email, SMS, and push notifications using Iterable • Take ownership of ongoing campaigns currently in market • Own email campaign production, including design, HTML/CSS adjustments, complex user segments, journey logic, and QA • Contribute to revenue and KPI targets • Prepare data reports and campaign-results analysis for departments across the company • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, R&D, Partner Success, Data, and Operations • Serve as the technical expert for Iterable to ensure flawless campaign deployment • Support adoption and engagement of DailyPay’s On-Demand Pay, DailyPay Card, cashback, marketplace, and Perks products

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth and email marketing • Preferably experience in a B2C marketplace, technology, and/or finance company • Hands-on experience building campaigns from the ground up in a major ESP/CRM platform such as Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Experience in e-commerce or financial-services consumer products • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven growth/marketing background • Process-driven mindset and meticulous attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to coordinate diverse business stakeholders • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tactical requests in a fast-paced environment • Ability to translate campaign briefs into finished products • Ability to test accuracy, device rendering, and link tracking before launches • HTML/CSS experience is a major plus
