📋 Description

• Lead growth for Texas and develop a repeatable market playbook for future markets • Run growth experiments across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin • Determine effective channels, partnerships, market sequencing, and provider penetration strategies • Spend time in clinics conducting drop-bys, in-services, and clinical presentations • Build relationships with pediatricians, medical directors, health system leaders, medical advisors, and referring providers • Coordinate inside sales, on-the-ground representatives, MD advisors, marketing, enterprise, and payer teams into one growth engine • Design, measure, and report experiment results and provider activation learnings • Build and lead the growth team, including hiring as the company expands into new markets • Work conferences and chapter networks and connect relevant contacts with the CMO • Partner with marketing on Texas-specific positioning, assets, and campaigns • Achieve approximately $3M+ combined ARR across the three Texas markets • Increase referral volume and activate referring providers • Fully activate at least one Texas market at high growth and efficiency • Report to the Head of GTM

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a consulting background; health tech startup experience ideally • Strong healthcare experience required • Understanding of provider relationships, referral patterns, and payer dynamics • Competitive drive and motivation by ambitious growth goals • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to perform hands-on work • Ability to build and lead a team • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Ability to work with medical directors, health system executives, and front desk managers • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with high autonomy • Preference for Texas-based candidates • Willingness to travel regularly across Texas and future markets • Healthcare consulting, health tech growth experience, or equivalent • Direct healthcare experience
