📋 Description

• Lead the technical aspects of the DailyPay integration for Small to Enterprise sized customers • Perform comprehensive discovery and build robust documentation of the implementation requirements • Perform technical research to provide unique solutions for complex customer integrations • Become a specialist in our product, configuration, and internal processes • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks • Work hand in hand with the sales team to assist with pre-sales and scoping discussions • Suggest new product features and functionality based on implementation experience and feedback from DailyPay customers • Work closely with the operations and support teams to discuss implementation details and nuances during the post-launch handoff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • 3-5+ years of experience in Implementation of SaaS solutions • Experience working with demanding, high-stakes accounts • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment • Excellent written communication and presentation skills • Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT • Experience with sFTP automation and API builds • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite • Experience in early stage products, markets, and companies preferred • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required
