📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations for high-priority enterprise accounts • Manage intricate technical requirements and multi-stakeholder workstreams • Resolve complex implementation challenges, including data discrepancies and integration hurdles • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for product areas or HCM integrations • Provide guidance and best practices to junior team members • Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Product teams on client requirements and project timelines • Identify and champion improvements to the Implementation framework • Develop tools and templates to increase team efficiency and reduce Time to Revenue • Leverage AI-powered tooling and MCP-based integrations connecting DailyPay with HCM, payroll, and vendor platforms • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap • Ensure project documentation and system configurations meet Gold Standard benchmarks before handoff to Client Success • Manage the full implementation lifecycle from pre-sales support through post-launch handoff

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services • Ideally experience within the fintech or HR-tech space • Experience using LLMs, automation platforms, or AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus • Proven track record managing high-stakes projects from kickoff to completion with minimal oversight • High attention to detail • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions for technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to resolve non-routine issues through creative thinking and collaborative resourcefulness • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
