📋 Description

• Define the high-level vision and governing policies for Professional Services and Solutions Engineering • Champion an AI-first, agentic service delivery model and identify opportunities for autonomous agents to handle routine configurations, mapping, and testing • Strengthen leadership depth and standardize delivery frameworks for a predictable, scalable organization • Drive accountability for integration stability and operational risk reduction • Deploy self-healing agentic workflows to identify and resolve integration anomalies before client impact • Optimize implementation to decrease client time-to-value across Strategic, Enterprise, and SME segments • Advise the executive team on the implementation function and participate in high-stakes client and stakeholder meetings • Align Professional Services with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations throughout the customer lifecycle • Advocate for client and team needs to improve the product roadmap, technology, and AI capabilities • Govern KPIs and reporting structures covering client launches, actuals and forecasts, time-to-launch, implementation/re-implementation incidents, and functional headcount utilization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional services experience • Proven track record leading large-scale technical implementation teams • Experience driving AI or intelligent automation transformations in a SaaS or Fintech environment • Ability to navigate high-stakes ambiguity and define systemic strategies aligned with organizational goals • Deep understanding of HCM and/or payroll/timekeeping systems technical integrations and migrations • Understanding of the Solutions Engineering lifecycle • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation in B2B2C service delivery highly preferred • Ability to develop senior leaders and manage large-scale resources, including a workforce of 40+ members • Sophisticated communication skills to influence stakeholders and reconcile executive perspectives • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience at the executive level • Legal authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application • Must disclose any non-compete or solicitation agreements with a prior employer
