📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document current-state business process maps and future-state maps • Identify challenges, needed improvements, and impacts across systems and existing processes • Convert data into organized, understandable formats to communicate analytical results • Build sustainable relationships with business users and drive consensus around key decisions • Author and manage detailed functional requirements • Decompose requirements into user stories with Gherkin-style acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment • Participate as a responsive member of cross-functional teams, leading processes and driving deliverables and follow-up actions • Surface risks, close gaps, and provide current/future-state comparisons for test planning and change management • Provide reliable work estimates and communicate progress, challenges, and next steps • Give and receive feedback to promote growth and continuous improvement • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders across the organization • Demonstrated process flow understanding and experience in root cause analysis • General understanding of databases, reporting, and project management tools • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities independently • Participation in Agile/Scrum development team reviews and retrospectives • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment and process • Strong self-motivation and ownership of deliverables • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Fluent in English, written and verbal • Must be 18 years of age or older • Eligible to work in the US • Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position • Preferred: 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst • Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Mural, Miro, or similar tools • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce solutions and Sales Operations processes • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, SQL, Octopai, or similar tools • Preferred: Experience with Balsamiq or similar prototyping/wireframing tools
