📋 Description

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical training and developmental programs across the organization • Ensure training activities are delivered effectively and documented accurately • Align training activities with regulatory and organizational requirements • Partner cross-functionally with clinical operations, bioinformatics, and clinical compliance • Support training administration and compliance • Provide program support and content coordination • Engage and communicate with stakeholders • Support audit readiness and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–5 years of experience in clinical training coordination, quality systems, or learning & development in a regulated environment • Good communication and organizational skills • Experience working with Clinical Compliance • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Quality Management Systems (QMS) • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP, ICH-GCP, or similar frameworks) preferred • Experience supporting training programs in clinical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare settings preferred
