📋 Description

• Assisting in aggressively growing the size of the business over the next three to five years through organic growth and strategically attractive acquisitions • Supporting business leaders in driving proprietary market insights including market segmentation and financial analysis • Serving as project leader in conducting market and target company diligence, including management of cross-functional diligence teams • Building an M&A funnel • Cultivating mid- near- and long-term target relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Biology or Chemistry preferred) • PhD or MBA preferred • 3+ years in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent experience in business strategy or business development, with substantial acquisition diligence and financial modeling experience • Experience in M&A target cultivation, deal execution and integration • 3+ years domain experience in diagnostics industry or adjacent industry experience (e.g., medical device, life sciences, science and technology tools)
