📋 Description

• Operationalize and drive Danaher's global Privileged Access Management program • Design PAM reference patterns including JIT/JEA, session isolation and recording, vault topology, break-glass, and non-human identity/secrets management • Lead hands-on engineering of PAM platform configuration standards, integrations, and automation • Drive discovery, onboarding, and credential rotation • Govern privileged-account onboarding standards, exception requests, and break-glass procedures • Drive remediation of privileged-access coverage gaps across business units • Partner with identity, security operations, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and audit teams to integrate privileged-access controls • Own the PAM platform and vendor relationship • Report program status, risk posture, and metrics to security leadership and audit stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on privileged access management or identity and access management • Experience designing and driving enterprise or global PAM architecture, operating model, or control framework across multiple business units • Hands-on experience engineering enterprise PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea • Experience with privileged-account onboarding, vaulting, session management, rotation, and integrations • Experience working independently across IAM, security operations, cloud, infrastructure, and audit teams • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (plus) • Experience governing non-human/service-account and secrets management at scale (plus) • CISSP, CISM, or relevant PAM platform leadership/practitioner certification (plus) • Experience managing globally distributed or matrixed teams and services (plus)
