📋 Description

• Lead advanced requirements analysis and design definition • Prepare and conduct elicitation activities • Manage communication as requirements are assembled • Collaborate continuously with stakeholders • Structure and organize requirements for complex and large projects • Specify and model requirements and designs • Validate and verify information • Identify solution options and estimate their potential value • Conduct strategic analysis to identify business needs • Develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges • Enable the enterprise to address business needs and align change strategies • Manage relationships and communication throughout digital product development cycles • Collaborate with executives, sponsors, colleagues, team members, developers, vendors, learning and development professionals, end users, customers, and subject matter experts • Maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement • Ensure documentation remains up to date • Report to the Director of Digital and Technical Delivery within the Digital Platforms department

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience OR equivalent experience in healthcare Life Sciences or another regulated industry • Proven track record of leading successful projects on time and within budget • Ability to analyze complex data sets • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Proven track record of stakeholder management • In-depth understanding of business processes, IT systems, and trends • Advanced proficiency in Agile environments • Advanced proficiency with JIRA and Confluence • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, and other Order Management systems • Experience conducting user acceptance testing and managing stakeholders during the UAT process • Ability to travel up to 5%, including overnight stays • PMP or CBAP certification is a plus
