📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional IT projects across the organization • Manage large strategic projects and, as needed, provide management for a small program • Plan, execute, and implement projects aligned with enterprise delivery standards, governance, and business priorities • Manage projects across application, infrastructure, platform, and digital domains • Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource needs • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution • Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating through governance channels as appropriate • Provide timely project status reporting on milestones, risks, and delivery health • Ensure consistent, reliable, transparent, and resource-efficient project execution • Deliver intended business outcomes on time, on budget, and within scope where possible • Report to the Head of IT Governance & Delivery as part of the Governance & Delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline • Project management and DBS certification, including visual project management, problem solving, and daily management • Minimum of five years of project management experience serving as a project manager • Knowledge and experience using project management and SDLC methodologies and tools • Demonstrated mastery of process change, product development, manufacturing, or software development • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Facilitation and presentation skills • Experience applying traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies • Ability to influence, motivate, drive collaboration, and assess performance across project team members
